The production of butter is a multi-stage process
The butter is obtained from cream which can be procured from milk or whey. The cream is obtained through centrifugal separation or skimming milk. After an acidification process at a controlled temperature, the cream is pasteurised and then, transformed into butter with machines called churns. The butter mass is then transformed into blocks with a machine known as a butter block cutter.
