Autoclaves

Autoclaves are essential machines for the production of sparkling wine with the Charmat or Martinotti system. These tanks are built to work up to pressures of 6 atmospheres and are temperature controlled, i.e. they can heat or cool the liquid inside them. The manufacture of these machines calls for certified welding processes, which Sfoggiatech has implemented in the production of its machines for many years.
