Cooling

It is common knowledge that a product must be cooled to a specific temperature in order to preserve it. In the case of a food liquid, the product must be cooled and then, kept at a constant temperature. In this case, Sfoggiatech uses special storage systems (insulated tanks) combined with heat exchangers and refrigeration units, whilst keeping a close eye on energy savings and endeavouring to make use of renewable energy.
