Adding carbon dioxide to beverages

Many of the beverages which we routinely drink, such as sparkling water, soft drinks, beer and wine, contain a quantity of carbon dioxide that may be natural or added. In its natural form, carbon dioxide develops in the fermentation processes and requires pressure tanks to retain it. If the CO2 does not develop naturally, it is added by machines known as CO2 saturators or carbonators. Sfoggiatech has been manufacturing these machines for many years and the innovative technology which it has developed allows carbon dioxide to be added and to create a very fine bead.
